August Story Circle w/ Dave Moriarty!

Please join us August 13 at 7pm for our August Story Circle at the Battery Cafe! $5 cover, get there early to get a seat!

This open mic style event is great for storytellers and for those who love listening to stories! All storytellers will receive a complimentary non alcoholic beverage from The Battery Cafe!
Your host for August is the wonderful Dave Moriarty!

A little bit about Dave:
Born and raised in Hr. Grace CBN, David is one of 14 children. He served 38+ years in the Canadian Forces, and had two operational tours in Afghanistan and the Gulf War, and numerous operational tours worldwide.
David is a Father of 4 and Grandfather to 4. He performed at the Rocky Harbour Storytellers Festival in Sept 2023 and St. Johns Storytellers night in November 2023. Has hosted the monthly Freshwater Coffee House musical night for 5 years. David plays acoustic guitar with the local Freshwater band "Sweet Trinity".
