Ultimate Newfoundland and Labrador invites all members and supporters to join us for our Annual General Meeting on October 21, 2025, from 7pm-9pm at the Elks Club (19 Carpasian Rd, St. John’s).
Come out to:
(1) Hear updates on our programs, tournaments, youth development, and school sports over the past year
(2) Learn about our priorities and goals for the upcoming year
(3) Share your voice and help shape the future of Ultimate in NL
This is also your chance to connect with the community and let the Ultimate NL board know what matters most to you.
Want to vote or run for a board position? You must be a current Ultimate NL member - that includes anyone who has played in a league or event under Ultimate NL since the last AGM, including the Fall of 2024.
