📌 Location: Online via Zoom, and In-person at Emera Innovation Exchange, Signal Hill Campus, Memorial University, St. John’s, Newfoundland.


Calling all Atlantic Canada health professionals, researchers, Long COVID Web members, public health workers, policy makers, caregivers, and people with lived experience!

This is our year! Long COVID Web is coming to St. John’s, NL on October 21–22, 2025- and we’re hosting a dedicated Atlantic MeetUp to connect, share, and collaborate across our region.

Whether you’re involved in clinical care, research, policy, or advocacy — or navigating Long COVID firsthand- this is your space to connect with others doing this work in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Please note that all attendees (in-person or virtual) who have registered for the symposium and plan to attend the Atlantic meet-up must also register separately via Eventbrite. This is a free session, and space is limited for in-person participation.

  • All registrants will receive a unique Zoom link by email (separate from the main Symposium link).

  • The in-person MeetUp will be a masked space for the comfort and safety of all participants.

Please Note: Registering for the Atlantic MeetUp via Eventbrite does not register you for the 3rd Canadian Symposium on Long COVID. To attend the Symposium (virtually or in person), you must complete the separate registration using the link provided.
