Join me in marking the balance of light and dark with a deeply restorative sound bath. As the seasons shift and nature begins to turn inward, this is a powerful time to pause, reflect, and realign. Let the healing tones of gongs, singing bowls, and gentle instruments guide you into stillness - releasing what no longer serves and making space for renewal. Come home to yourself in this moment of seasonal transition.

All welcome, bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion, water and anything else to aid your comfort!
