This group is for anyone interested in working with their minds and emotions, as well as deepening their spiritual life through the practice of Buddhist meditation. We are in inclusive group welcoming all who are interested regardless of their race, religion, orientation, or beliefs. Meditation, book studies, and talks are all offered freely although donations are greatly appreciated.
