Tammy Minuti has a vision of our interconnectedness with all creation. She loves to share Forest Bathing, Spiritual Direction and Labyrinth walking wherever she goes. She is an Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) certified guide. A trained spiritual director through the SMU Perkins School of Theology program in Dallas, and a covenant partner of Retreat House Spirituality Center. Emmi McAdams is a passionate advocate for the healing power of nature. She discovered the transformative effects of the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing), on her first walk at the Morton Arboretum. Since then, she has dedicated her life to helping others reconnect with the natural world through guided nature immersion experiences.
