We're excited to invite you to a wonderful evening that combines two of our favorite pastimes: the timeless joy of Dominoes and the sophisticated pleasure of sharing exceptional Tequila. Sponsored by The Wine and Cheese Place, this is an opportunity to gather with like-minded enthusiasts in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
WHAT WE'RE PLANNING:
Domino Games Throughout the Evening:
Multiple tables running simultaneously with rotating partnerships if desired.
Both traditional blocking games and fun variations like Mexican Train.
Patient instruction available for anyone wanting to learn or improve their game.
No pressure - play at your own pace and comfort level.
Opportunities to learn different regional domino styles from our diverse group.
Don't have any idea or remember how to play? NO PROBLEM! We'll teach you!
You do Not need to play dominoes to attend the bottle share.
Tequila Sharing:
Each guest brings one or more bottles to share with the group. Preferably MORE! :)
Any price range welcome.
Please mark bottles with your name or initials to avoid missing bottles.
Bring your own sipping glass if possible, there will be a limited supply on hand.
THE ATMOSPHERE WE'RE CREATING:
This isn't about winning or losing - it's about the joy of discovery and fellowship in the spirit. Whether you're a domino strategist or someone who's never played before, whether you can distinguish between highland and lowland agaves or you're just beginning your tequila journey, you'll find a warm welcome here.
WHAT TO BRING:
At minimum, bring one-two bottles of tequila to share (any style, any price point - it's about the story and sharing, not the cost).
Your curiosity about both dominoes and tequila
An open mind for trying new things and meeting new people
Your favorite domino set if you have one with special meaning. Otherwise bring any set to play with or share with others.
Snacks – Feel from to bring your own snacks and light appetizers. No additional food or drinks are provided other than water.
