Do you have a body? These workshops are for you!

*You do not have to have taken any classes with me before.
*These workshops do not build on each other (but taking them all will help your body understand the movements quicker and more easily)
*You do not have to sign up for classes, too (but your body will thank you if you do!)

Class size is intentionally small and spaces are limited. Last day to register for the series: July 10th

Somatic movement classes use a series of gentle movements that help to:
• reduce pain
• improve posture
• improve fluidity of movement
• and allow you to feel more energetic ✌️

It’s not magic ✨, it’s science ✌️

These gentle movements work with your nervous system to create ease of movement and get rid of pain and discomfort.

Never heard of Somatic Movement? No problem! Most haven’t but don’t let that make you feel like you can’t do this. These movements are very gentle and very easy to learn.

Somatic Movement truly is for every body.

Whether you want to move better, feel better, or are just curious, this 2 hour experiential workshop will give you a taste of what Somatic Movement is all about!

You will need a mat, 2 hand towels, hydration and comfy clothes. That's it!
