Somatic movement classes use a series of gentle movements that help to:
• reduce pain
• improve posture
• improve fluidity of movement
• and allow you to feel more energetic ✌️

It’s not magic ✨, it’s science ✌️

These gentle movements work with your nervous system to create ease of movement and get rid of pain and discomfort.

Somatic Movement truly is for every body.

Whether you want to move better, feel better, or are just curious, this 2 hour experiential workshop will give you a taste of what Somatic Movement is all about!

You will need a mat, 2 hand towels, hydration and comfy clothes. That's it!
