SomaYoga: Somatic Movement + Restorative Yoga classes SEPT 2025

These are Restorative Yoga classes that will incorporate Somatic Movement, sound + vibration, energy healing and hot stones.

Deeply restful
Deeply grounding
Deeply introspective

Please bring your own mat.
All other props will be provided.

No experience necessary.

Restorative Yoga is the yoga of rest. We will use props as aids to help us deeply relax into poses. There should be *no* efforting as we are aiming to relax the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
You do not need yoga experience! I will always offer modifications and encourage you to meet your body where it is.

The somatic movement portion involves slow + flowy movements designed to help release held tension + stress in the physical body and prepare your body for deep relaxation.

Energy healing helps to centre + release.
Hot stones provide grounding + stability.

These evenings are the perfect way to wind down the week and prepare for the weekend ahead.
