Noobie Knitters

Hello, everybody! Great news! Registration is NOW OPEN for our popular Noobie Knitters course!

Choose to start on Wednesday June 4th at 11 am, or Saturday June 7th at 10 am.
There are 4 classes, two hours each class.

This class is intended for ADULTS who have never knitted, or who want to brush up their basic skills.

We start with the basics of casting on, knit, purl and binding off. Then we use these skills to create squares of textured stitches, which can be seamed together for a blanket, poncho or other project.

By the end of the class, you will be able to make a hat, fingerless gloves, a scarf, or other things.

We will also cover things like:
- How to fix mistakes
- Yarns - weight, colourways and composition
- How to read a pattern
- How to read a stitch pattern
and so much more! AND you can continue your learning in the upcoming NOOBIES 2 class!
