Bradford “Brad” Thomas Tessman
Passed away peacefully on Friday, July 25, 2025
It is with profound sadness and shock that we announce the passing of Bradford “Brad” Tessman, beloved father, grandfather, and friend. Brad was a one-of-a-kind
soul — full of life, stories, and heart. He was a devoted father to his daughter Sarah and a proud father-in-law to Cory. He was also the most loving grandfather to Shea and Bianca, who brought him endless joy.
Brad proudly called Port Dalhousie home, where he built countless lifelong friendships and was known for throwing the best parties. His home was always filled with music, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Brad was a true wheeler and dealer — he loved the thrill of the hunt for antiques and unique treasures. As the proud owner of his own antique shop, Hotdog Alley Antiques in Crystal Beach, Ontario, he had a passion for collecting, trading, and telling the stories behind each piece. He was also a lifelong hot rod enthusiast, always drawn to classic cars and anything with character and chrome
He was a proud retiree of the Labourers’ International Union of North America, Local 837 (LiUNA), where he worked hard and built strong bonds with his union brothers and sisters.
A beach bum at heart, Brad loved his time at Sherkston Shores. His larger-than-life personality, unforgettable stories, and love for fun made him a legend among friends and family across Port Dalhousie, Burlington, Stoney Creek, Crystal Beach, and beyond.
Brad shared a deep bond with his late mother, affectionately known as Nana, and his beloved sister Avie, who passed before him. Their connection was full of laughter, love, and unforgettable family memories — and we find comfort in knowing they are together again
He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
