Rest, Restore, Nurture mini-evening retreat

Our nurturing Friday evening monthly mini-retreat, held in our cosy church hall.
A slower paced yin practice, followed by some deeply restorative yoga poses, all gently lit by fairy lights and candles. Finishing with herbal tea, homemade cake and chat.
Suitable for all, message me with any questions. Bring a mat, a couple of blankets and any yoga props you may have (spares available)
