Be Gentle with your Grief Retreat Day

For anyone who would like a gentle space just to 'be' within their feelings of grief and loss.

I am offering a space to nurture yourself and take a little time away from everyday life, with practices to soothe and nourish the nervous system.

The day will include;
🌸 mindful yoga based movement
🌸 restorative yoga
🌸 90 minute sound bath
🌸 all refreshments
🌸 space and time to take in the beautiful surroundings of The Sanctuary (12 acres to explore)
