We start with gentle relaxation to help you settle in. Once you're comfy, the music begins 🎵
You'll be guided in a simple circular breathing technique — it’s easy to learn and we’ll practise it together first. You're always in control, and we’re here to support your pace. 🧘♀️
As you breathe, emotions and sensations may arise — that’s completely natural. 🌊
We may offer gentle prompts or intuitive touch (optional) to support your process.
You decide how deep you'd like to go. This is your personal journey of healing and release. ❤️
We end with grounding techniques to help you feel balanced, safe, and clear. 🌍
