THE 1984 Recruitment Drinks

The 1984 is a conversational debate society dedicated to promoting passionate debate in St. Andrews. We are seeking opinionated, thoughtful individuals unafraid to speak their minds. Join us in challenging perspectives and defending our intellectual convictions–whether popular or provocative.

Join us on the 21st of April at 2 Greyfriars Gardens to meet the committee.

Casual dress code. Drinks provided. No prior debate attendance required- all are welcome.

Recruitment applications will close on the 23rd of April at 23:59. We look forward to hearing from and seeing you.
