Logan Active - Afternoon Family Yoga

The perfect transition from school to home with a relaxed and fun afternoon of gentle movement, breathing and mindfulness in nature (suitable for all ages and levels of fitness)

*Suitable for Kids 3-10 years

*Bubs in arms and younger siblings welcome

*Parents & Caregivers are encouraged to join in and enjoy the morning together

* Please arrive on time and email me if you can no longer make it so I can update my list

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL - REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

What to Bring (Yoga mats are provided)
* Sunsafe comfortable clothing to move in
* Hat & Pre Applied Sunscreen and bug repellant (as there can be a few bugs around)

* Waterbottle
