Wellington Point Farmhouse Family Yoga

Join Miss Dani for a fun and relaxed morning of Yoga, Mindfulness & Nature Play on the lawn at the beautiful Wellington Point Farmhouse

Our session will start with an inclusive group yoga and mindfulness session suitable for all levels of fitness with a welcome circle, mindful movement and breathing

followed by free play with crafts, activities and plenty opportunites for the little ones and adults to play, share and connect with eachother

These sessions will support your little ones and family with essential life skills and provide you with tools you can take home and use in your everyday life and are suitable for little ones 2 -10 years

Give the gift of yoga and mindfulness to your little ones and provide them with opportunities to slow down and feel more calm, confident and connected

*Bubs in arms welcome (Under 2's Free)

*Older ticketed siblings also welcome

*Parents & Caregivers encouraged to join in and enjoy the morning together
