Join Miss Dani from Wild Flow Wellbeing for a morning of Nature Yoga & Mindfulness Discovery

Our session will start with a welcome circle and fun group yoga and mindfulness session discovering nature, our bodies, breath and ways we can support our nervous systems, mental health and lives (suitable for all ages and levels of fitness)
