3rd Mondays - Mindfulness + Sound Meditation
Every 3rd Monday features guided mindfulness meditations you can integrate into daily life, followed by a sound meditation experience that may include Gong, Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Vocal Toning, and more.
Mindfulness helps us build resilience to daily stressors, cultivate a more positive perspective and strengthen relationships - with ourselves and others.
With Practice, it can
*reduce anxiety,
*balance blood pressure,
*boost memory, and
*improve overall mood & quality of life.
*Non-Movement classes.*
Beginners are welcome - Everyone starts somewhere. Let this be Your moment.
