Springfield Pride 2025 Parade with PPIA

The first official Pride celebration of the summer will kick off in Central IL, in our very own capital city, Springfield, on May 17th, and we need YOU to help us show our PPIPride! Join PPIL staff, supporters, and other volunteers to march in the Springfield Pride Parade. We will meet up by 11:00am to check in as a group and the parade will kick off at 11:30am!

The route is about a mile long and ends in downtown Springfield at the festival booths! Wear your favorite Pride t-shirt, hat, bandana, socks, or whatever else shows off your Pride and your allyship! We will have some fun swag items, PPIL t-shirts, and things to give away to the crowd as we go down the parade route.

We will meet in the parking lot ACROSS THE STREET FROM the Staab Funeral Home! It's just the best landmark! Look for the group of Pride parade folks as you come down 5th and Vine St.
