You’re Invited to the 2nd Annual SHF Summer Games!

Get ready for a morning of fun, fitness, and friendly competition at our 2nd Annual SHF Summer Games — happening Saturday, June 21st from 10AM to 12PM in the back parking lot of the gym!

This FREE event is open to the public and perfect for all ages. Here’s what you can expect:
• 6 exciting fitness events to test your strength and stamina
• Swag bags for all competitors
• Prizes for winners by age group and gender
• Food vendors, music, and plenty of fun vibes
• Open gym tours and a chance to shop SHF supplements and apparel

Please fill out our participation waiver and release form prior to coming so we can better gauge attendance and help events move more smoothly.
