Pelvic Floor Health & Awareness Workshop with Penny Childress

Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Penny Childress for a Pelvic Floor Health & Awareness Workshop on Mondays in June, from 1130a-1230p: 6/9, 6/16, and 6/23. All three workshops are included in the series; $30 total for all three!!

Discover the foundation of your core strength in this specialized three-part workshop focused on pelvic floor health. Led by Penny, an experienced yoga instructor with 11 years of teaching experience and dual certifications in Yoga and Somatics (200-hour each).

We'll learn:

- Essential pelvic floor anatomy and how these muscles connect to our overall wellness
- Techniques to properly engage and release your pelvic floor muscles
- The crucial relationship between diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic floor function
- How to find mobility in your pelvis while building stability
- Effective exercises to strengthen your deep core and supporting muscles

Each participant will receive a detailed homework guide with practices to reinforce learning between sessions. This workshop is for women only and is open to all fitness levels.
