Advanced Elemental Flow & Community Gathering with Jayme Sweere

Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Yoga Therapist and Teacher Trainer Jayme Sweere to refine our teaching skills and expand our understanding of advanced practice and yoga’s transformative potential within a supportive community of fellows.

We will begin with a unique guided flow and heartfelt chant for peace, followed by a behind-the-scenes look at Jayme’s creative process for designing impactful sequences that go beyond style, rooted in the innovative and elegant teaching method at Circle Yoga Shala.

In this session, we'll get a taste of how to:

Infuse our sequences with the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras;
Make sequencing and theme choices that are informed by Ayurveda;
Hone your voice as your most powerful teaching tool!

Through this practice, we'll discover how a well-led class can reveal yoga’s more profound lessons to our students. Whether you're just considering teacher training or have been teaching for years, be ready to expand your understanding and elevate your approach.
