Farm Walk and Diversifying Markets through Value-Added Products

Take a guided farm walk with Patrick Byers to see how real-world practices can support food safety from soil to harvest. Then, we’ll tour the SCG shared-use kitchen with SCG Employee and Value Added Producer Rachael West, where we’ll talk about opportunities for value-added products like pickles, jams, sauces, and more plus what it takes to get certified to use a commercial kitchen.
