About the event

AUGUST - SEPTEMBER COOKING & BAKING CLASSES
Come learn some new kitchen skills at Blue Heron! We just added classes for August, every Thursday 4:30pm-7:30pm. All of our classes are designed for any skill level, and include dinner & soft drinks during class. Go home with any pastries or pasta that you make, plus dough and recipes for your first home bake. Come have some fun, and learn something while your at it!

August 7th -- Sourdough Bread & Rolls
August 14th -- Sweet-filled Croissants
August 21st -- Handmade Pasta & Dumplings
August 28th -- Puff Pastry & Sweet-filled Galettes
Sept 4th -- Cinnamon Buns & More
