Board Retention & Recruitment: An OnBoard Training Workshop

Board Basics is an ongoing learning series for anyone interested in board readiness. Through a conversational-style of presentations by highly experienced nonprofit mentors in Western Mass, attendees will have the opportunity to learn, ask questions, network, and receive resources and tools to help them determine if board-level volunteerism is a good fit.

This workshop is focused on the recruitment and the retention of nonprofit board members, along with best practices and resources to support you, your board and the community.
