This workout will take place at Burn Boot Camp Springdale, on our Floating Floor!
We will take you through a Lower Body Strength workout with all of our free weights and equipment so you can get the FULL Burn Experience before we open our doors in Rogers!
This Pop Up Experience in Springdale is intended for anyone interested in joining the Burn Boot Camp Rogers Community! Space WILL be limited, so it's important to download the Burn Boot Camp App, and sign up for Camp and Childwatch both in advance!

👨👩👧 Age Guidelines:
Ages 13–15 may work out with a parent present
Ages 16–17 may attend without a parent, but a parent must sign a waiver ahead of time
