We are back this week with a fresh set of workouts to give you a taste of our Burn Boot Camp workouts! Where no two workouts are ever the same, and creativity within a super versatile space maximize your training!
This week, we are incorporating some newness into our Free Pop Up Camps that we're offering while our state of the art facility is under construction!
Wednesday, August 13th at 6pm
We are back in our parking lot, but this time for Full Body Strength!
We are by no means an "all-cardio" or "HIIT-only" gym! Our strength days are incredible and my personal favorite part of Burn Boot Camp!
This Wednesday you can expect to see Bodyweight Strength exercises and some small-equipment strength exercises using bands, etc, that we can incorporate easily within our parking lot!
After camp, Trainer Tony will lead a 15 minute Group Focus Meeting on Goal Setting and SERC Physical Therapy will be onsite for free PT Screenings!
We want you to be successful from Day 1 with us, even if we aren't open officially yet! You can start progressing towards those goals NOW!

Ages 13–15 may work out with a parent present
Ages 16–17 may attend without a parent, but a parent must sign a waiver ahead of time
