We are back this week with a fresh set of workouts to give you a taste of our Burn Boot Camp workouts! Where no two workouts are ever the same, and creativity within a super versatile space maximize your training!
This week, we are incorporating some newness into our Free Pop Up Camps that we're offering while our state of the art facility is under construction!
Saturday, August 16th at 8am
This Parking Lot Camp will be Metabolic Conditioning!
We will incorporate weights into this workout and work on muscular endurance!
After Camp, Tony will hold a 15 minute Group Focus Meeting to discuss the importance of both Strength + Conditioning exercises, explain the benefits of each, and talk to us about how our Floating Floor will be so beneficial during these workouts.
(Did you know: Lots of gyms have mats on the floor! Burn is the only gym with a true gymnastics-style floor raised on springs. It's a lifesaver for your joints and allows you to move faster, thus BURNing more calories! We don't call it Burn Boot Camp for nothing!)

Ages 13–15 may work out with a parent present
Ages 16–17 may attend without a parent, but a parent must sign a waiver ahead of time
