Coastal High Recce Run

Whilst some of the Coastal High course will be off limits to race day, there are still opportunities to have a trot over the back end of both the 50k and Crunch (28k) routes!
Join me Sunday for as much or little as you'd like. Two options; 6:00am for a descent and ascent on the famed stairs before a trot to the finish line!
I'm going to head up early and leave a vehicle at the end of the run so I can ferry runners back at you're done (or you can do extras and run back to the cars)!
Make sure you indicate if you're coming so I can plan accordingly!
No cost - all fun and free with some light refreshments at the end!
