Doors will be open at 7:30 pm. If it rains outside we will do something inside for the New Moon.
The fire ceremony is a beautiful and sacred Shamanic technique for purification, usually held at or close to the New Moon or Full Moon.
While the Full Moon is a time to release negative energies that no
longer serve us, the New Moon energies may be used to manifest those positive aspects we want to introduce and focus on bringing into our reality. Everything will be explained.
During a fire ceremony, the flames of the fire become the focal
point of your intention (or prayer) that you will silently offer. You send your intention of what you want to release in your life or what you want to manifest. We say prayers and blessings for the health, healing, abundance and unity of the community.
The fastest way to transform is by working with the element of fire – which is a spark of our life-giving Sun. We bring to the fire for transformation the energies we choose to manifest or release. This may be done by placing items we furnish in the fire during ceremony to release to Spirit.
Please dress for the weather! If you are bringing a prayer bundle,
please wrap it in paper or other natural fabric.
Shamans: Please bring your stones or Mesa if you have one, as well as drums or rattles
