Hosted by Blissful Yoga and the Kickin’ Cancer Away 5K, this class is open to everyone, especially:

🌼 Survivors
🌼 Caregivers
🌼 Supporters and community members

This is a gentle, beginner-friendly class—no yoga experience needed. Just bring a mat, your breath, and your beautiful self.

🥫 Optional donation: Please bring a non-perishable food item, which will be donated to Hope Lodge in Salt Lake City.

✨ What is the Hope Lodge?
The Hope Lodge offers free lodging to cancer patients and their caregivers who must travel far from home for treatment. It’s a safe, supportive space where guests can rest and recover without the financial burden of hotel stays. Your donation helps stock their pantry and support others in their healing journey.
