Intro to Oil Paint with Carly Ellis

Six Thursdays, June 19-July 24, 5:30-7: 30 p.m.
Cost: $168 + $45 Supply Fee
Open to ages 16 and up

This is a beginner friendly course designed to introduce techniques and creative possibilities of oil paint. Over the course of the class, students will explore essential color theory, learn how to mix and apply paint, and develop a strong understanding of light shadow and form. Students will bring together everything they’ve learned to create a finished still life. This class is open to students who are completely new to oil painting or those looking to refine their skills. This course offers a supportive space to explore creativity and build a solid artistic foundation.
