Released in 2023, "Shot in the Arm" shows how the COVID-19 pandemic changed the context in which vaccine hesitancy exists. The filmmakers pose the question, "… can we replace cynicism with healthy curiosity and bridge the political divides that make us sick?" It has been described as both skeptical and hopeful. After the viewing, a panel of experts will answer questions and share credible information and resources.
This event is hosted by WithinReach and the Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) Immunization Assessment & Promotion team.
