Sunrise Circuit

Sunrise Circuit is a 45-minute workout that starts your day off with amazing women and a great feeling knowing your workout is done by 7am! 💪🏼

Using the green space, park equipment, and trails we have a great time while toning and blasting calories as the sun comes up over the Indianapolis Motor Speedway!

Join us this summer every Friday from 6am-6:45am from May 30th -July 25th, 2025.
