National Trails Day Walk + Workout ((FREE EVENT!))

Celebrate the paths that take us places! National Trails Day is all about getting outside, exploring your favorite trails, and appreciating the beauty of nature.

We will start at The Fitness Boutique at 8:15 AM for a light stretch and warm up followed by a 2.5 mile hike on the B&O Trail. We will finish back at the studio where we will enjoy a light breakfast, coffee, and conversation. This is a FREE event- invite your friends!
