Start your holiday off with a bang — and a beat! Join us for a special Independence Day edition of POUND on the Plaza! This energizing, music-driven workout blends cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix.

All fitness levels are welcome!
Bring water, a yoga mat or towel, and your patriotic spirit! 🇺🇸🥁

👉 $20 donation goes directly to support the Speedway Parks Department and their amazing community programs.
