Will be a mindful drawing evening so not only highly enjoyable but also super calming and relaxing!

1.5hrs of this lovely mindfulness drawing plus light refreshments also a chance to have a chat to others attending too.
The First Time for Everything project is aimed at over 55’s, to come along, get active and meet new people / try something new, get out into the community etc but any adult is welcome, regardless of age, if this would benefit your wellbeing.
Places must be pre-booked so as we know how many people to cater for on the evening.
