Come & join our Drumming Circle ���
Hosted by Gloria of Red Rose Spirit if the Drum.

Gloria will bring along a selection of instruments - Shamanic hand drums, Djembe, African Tom Tom plus rattles and a mother drum which can be played by four people.

The First Time for Everything project is aimed at all over 55’s, to come along, get out and get active and meet new people / try something new, get out into the community etc. but any adult is welcome to join us if the activity would aid their mental wellbeing.
