Are you interested in cold water therapy, improving and supporting your mental health and meeting like-minded people?

Whether you are taking your first plunge or a seasoned pro, our new group will meet fortnightly on Sunday mornings.

Take a dip in our new Jacuzzi® Cold Plunge, relax in our traditional or infrared sauna and enjoy a coffee from the

You will also get your own progress chart, and we will run regular challenges to help our members in their cold plunge journey.

Various hot and cold coffees, as well as other hot drinks, are available and breakfast pastries.
