We’re offering a little something for everyone during our Open House Weekend—Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Dance, and more. Our space is inclusive, our vibe is laid-back, and our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels. It’s the perfect time to explore, try something new, and find what feels best for you.

90s R&B Yoga Flow 6-7 pm
Restorative Yoga 7-8 pm (complimentary tea & treats available after class)
