Inside Flow Master Class with Meg Fenton Funk

What’s an Inside Flow class all about?? Breath, movement, and music unite as ONE. Each class has a choreographed sequence that flows to a specific piece of music and is broken down into segments throughout the class in order to fully marry the movement with the musicality. To truly feel in sync, a common intention is set, the volume of the music goes up, and we move as one!

This is an Open Level class, but some Yoga experience is recommended.

About Meg:

Meg completed her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at White Lotus Yoga Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA, under the direction of Ganga White and Tracy Rich. She went on to further her Yoga training with Wanderlust Hollywood; studying Yin & Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yoga Philosophy. Meg's background is in dance; she attended Marymount Manhattan College as a dance major; studying Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Tap, African Dance, and Hip Hop. Inside Flow allows her to meld these two worlds together, and she is so excited to share it with all of you!
