If Not Now, When? Women's Workshop

"Tell me, what do you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"-Mary Oliver

This workshop is designed for women who are ready to embrace new possibilities and take meaningful action in their lives. It may be to achieve big things or realize unfulfilled dreams, OR it may simply be to let go of the things that aren't serving them and add more of what is helpful and healthy to each day.

Through guided reflections, creative activities, and empowering discussions, participants will explore their personal journeys, goals they’ve been postponing, and discover ways to step into their next chapter with confidence. Women will leave with motivation and clarity to move forward boldly while feeling a greater connection to other women.
