Friday - vendor and audio team / premium demo spot parking / setup as well as a BBQ for those involved with that.
Saturday - demo / car show with a 1 hour window for stunt walls, yes - I’m limiting you nut jobs. 12-6pm for the show. Gates

THERE IS CAMPING ON SITE!!! BUT LIMITED!!! Hotel blocks will be posted in comments tomorrow. Keep an eye out. 50$ for the weekend is going to be the camping price. That means you camp SATURDAY NIGHT at the show. This is not camping Friday - the show isn’t on Friday. YOU NEED TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!!! YOU NEED TO
NOT DEMO AT 2 am, ILL KICK YOU OUT MYSELF and pee in your Gatorade.
Scheduled time For stunt walls is to be determined - meeting with the city this week for that.
Sunday - awards / chill down day. 12-5 - we can demo but be respectful. I’ll be awfully hungover Sunday and don’t want to be the old man yelling at clouds to turn shit down. We’re all gonna be just chilling - having beers - and eating food Sunday.
Reasonably priced concessions INCLUDING alcohol will be available for those who partake.
Will be a 4/20 friendly event, BUT DO NOT ABUSE THIS. Be respectful of the police and security we are PAYING to protect everyone’s stuff. This will NOT be a show that gets out of hand, I’ll personally run your vehicle over with a bulldozer if you’re a tool bag. The pictures - I’ll have RC boats and RC cars for kids to play with that get to overloaded from the music / event. We want this to be as relaxed of an environment for those attending as humanly possible.
premium demo spots *these will be limited to 10-20 of the loudest / best vehicles that are attending - I already know the loudest vehicles so these are basically taken. Dunkin, Matt, Joby, Mike if he brings whatever concoction he’s working on in Florida, etc.
Expect standard event prices to be 35$ that includes one extra person in your vehicle. Any extra people in your car will require a spectator pass. Spetactor passes are 15$. Kids are FREE. If you’re under 16 / don’t have a license YOU ARE FREE. Golf carts if you’re bringing one will be an added 25$ for registration - we expect you to have insurance on your golf cart. Don’t be a silly goose and don’t. Be an adult.
you CANNOT register a vehicle
at the show, this is PRE REGISTRATION ONLY!!! You WILL be turned away at the show without a Receipt. Spectators are limited but are allowed to walk in at the gate for 15$. This will eliminate the line people are used to at other shows. We will send you bar codes or something similar to print out and put on your windshield to attach yourself to registration that we can scan in.
And the PREMIUM TEAM demo spots on the track to be for blocks of 5 cars at a time at 400$ per block. - what does this mean - we will have an area on the actual track that’s flat for 100 cars total to park and have premium spaces for your vehicle and team. *imagine not having to fight to find spots near your teammates to park, you already have a premium spot for your team. Every team spot that is purchased will get a banner with your team logo to mount to your tents or vehicle. These will be VERY LIMITED. When the website comes up, and you want a team spot, hit us up pretty much immediately.
We won’t really be doing a raffle at this point, as much as I and Robby will probably give stuff away. Maybe some other companies do as well if we really sell out to vendors. Part of the gate / basically if there’s any profit from this is going to be donated to the track for improvements so we can continue making this show better. Vendors won’t really owe us money, as much as want them to donate to their local APL depending on their spot size they’re requesting. Vendor spots will

This is going to be a pretty last minute show - as far as stuff like this is concerned - I expect people to be understanding of that.
The location is Lorain raceway in Amherst Ohio. We will have noise permits for Saturday and Sunday. NOT FRIDAY! DO NOT DEMO FRIDAY! WE WILL KICK YOU OUT UNTIL SATURDAY, EVEN IF YOU ARE CAMPING!!! Again, the goal here is a very family friendly show that we can organically grow into a bigger venue or help this venue grow. So be as respectful as you would to your grandma to everyone around you.
