FREE MINI BELLY DANCE WORKSHOP

Feeling tired ? Need a mood boost ? Want to enjoy some physical fitness and fun which is low impact? Want to feel like you’re on holiday somewhere hit and sunny ?

Then come and find your inner Shakira and enjoy learning a fun dance routine to some authentic belly dance music .

Pop on a jingle skirt and have a go at shimmying and hip dropping and chest slides.

During this workshop you will learn some of the beautiful isolations and techniques of belly dance.

This workshop is full of fun, smiles, dance, music and colour. Belly dance is incredibly healing and comes with heaps of positive benefits for the mind, body and soul.

EVERYONE can belly dance no matter your age, shape or size. THIS WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO EVERYONE AT THE FORMBY EVENT… YES EVEN THE KIDDOS CAN JOIN IN.
