A Gong Bath is a deeply relaxing & healing experience. You will be bathed in the poweful vibrations and sound waves from the gongs, singing bowls and other sound instruments that will help you drift into a deep meditative state. Everyone's experience of a Gong Bath is different, and can differ every time. The Gong Bath is helpful for relieving stress, anxiety and dealing with emotional issues, as it tends to bring you into a blissful state, that will last way beyond the session.
Mats are provided, but it is important to bring whatever you need to be comfortable lying for an hour. We recommend a blanket and cushion/pillow
