Herbal Cooking Class -Weaving Medicine Into Everyday Cooking

Join us at Integrative Pain and Wellness Center, Southlake's Holistic Center during this interactive herbal cooking class. We will be learning about several medicinal herbs we can use for everyday cooking to nourish our mind, body and spirit. Bring your notebook, appetite for learning, creating, and tasting delicious easy to make recipes.
