Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing

Restorative yoga with sound healing is a deeply relaxing practice that combines gentle, supported yoga poses with the therapeutic vibrations of sound.

Restorative Yoga: This style of yoga focuses on passive stretching, using props like bolsters and blankets to support the body in comfortable positions. The goal is to release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation.

Sound Healing: Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and a few other instruments are used to create soothing vibrations that help balance energy, reduce stress, and enhance meditation.
