Kundalini Yoga

Join Nicola in a rejuvenating Kundalini Yoga class. Whether you're new to the practice or returning to the mat, this session offers an opportunity to reconnect with your inner vitality and expand your awareness.

We’ll use breathwork (pranayama), dynamic movement (kriya), mantra, and meditation to balance the body, clear the mind, and uplift the spirit. Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is known for its transformative effects—supporting your nervous system, boosting your energy, and connecting you to your intuitive self. This class will be designed to help you strengthen the arcline- our energetic shield and intuitive guidance system and leave you deeply restored through a healing meditation.

What to Bring:

· A yoga mat or comfortable surface (provided by the center, you may bring one if you'd like)

· Water

· A light blanket or shawl for relaxation

This class is open to all levels—no prior experience needed.
